Yeah especially for girls, we are suppose to have a higher body fat percentage.
I have belly pooches depending on what i eat and stuff to! Like if I’m not on a cutting diet, my body fat percentage is obviously higher.

I do 20 minutes of cardio everyday. But i do walking at 3.0 speed and 15.0 incline.
Im trying to lose body far and heighten my metabolism so that my body can put on lean muscle mass more quickly.

Find before and after pictures!! Everyone started somewhere so don’t be discouraged.
Start with smaller changes like walking 5 times a day. You can watch videos while you watch or something fun. Consistency is key!
